Wasn’t the thing “nerfed” just his spin to win thing? Like that one “mechanic” (really they just forgot to limit his speed) that mobile or console players can’t use?

IDK, ever since he dropped I thought that should’ve been fixed and I’m someone who owns him C1R1, so it kinda makes me sad to see it reversed because people complained about it when he’s still a good unit without that.
